This is one of our one day tours. We will start with Uxmal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, whose buildings are decorated with masks of Chac "God of rain", the Pyramid of the Magician, the Quadrangle of the Nuns and the Governor's Palace are among the best. In the afternoon we will go to Yaxcopoil Hacienda, where we will take a tour of its facilities and get to know a very important part of the recent past of Yucatan, inscribed in the henequen haciendas.

To freshen up after visiting Uxmal, nothing better than to immerse ourselves in the crystal clear and calm waters of one of the 7,000 cenotes that are estimated to exist in the Yucatán peninsula, the Kankirixché cenote in Abalá, where we can also admire stalactites, stalagmites and columns. that have taken a long time to form.

ITINERARY

DAY 1: UXMAL – KANKIRIXCHE CENOTE – YAXCOPOIL HACIENDA

8:00 a. m.: Head to Uxmal, a key Puuc region site, visit the Pyramid of the Magician, the Quadrangle of the Nuns and the Governor's Palace. Head to Kankirixche cenote to swim in its clear and calm waters. Tour Yaxcopoil hacienda, highlighting Yucatan's henequen history.

Return to Mérida.
